Stephen A. Wojnar is Northeast Regional Vice President for CBA Commercial, LLC, managing the company's regional sales efforts as well as account relationships with their national correspondent customers. CBA is a leading national lender specializing in small-balance commercial loans.

Previously, Wojnar served as Regional Director of Business Development for Silver Hill Financial and as Vice President of Technology Sales for HanoverTrade, a subsidiary of Hanover Capital Mortgage Holdings, Inc. An industry veteran, he has been involved in mortgage banking since 1986, when he began his career in trading operations for Freddie Mac's Security Sales & Trading Group, and also served as a marketing product and project manager for securitization products as well as a Corporate Accounts Manager for Freddie Mac during his 12 years with the company. Wojnar has also held account manager positions with NovaStar Mortgage and GMAC - RFC, covering regions from the Northeast to the Rocky Mountain states and the Southwest.

Wojnar has a BS degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of the MBA's School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) and of the SOMB Graduate Course. Wojnar is the Chairman of the Board of the non-profit group, Save Fenway Park!, serves on the board of the Newton Taxpayers Association and is a certified historical tour guide for the non-profit organization Boston by Foot. He resides in Newton Centre, MA.
