Residential Technology Committee (ResTech)

The ResTech Committee serves in an advisory capacity for the Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT) designation. Candidates must present their paper before the ResTech Committee and participate in a 20-minute presentation on their thesis. In this oral presentation, the candidate will be required to prove their competency by defending their paper and fielding questions asked by the ResTech members.
