Candidate Profile
- Individuals with three to four years mortgage servicing experience.
- Individuals who have completed the Mortgage Servicer Achievement Certificate (CMS Level I).

| Experience Level: | A minimum of three to four years industry experience is recommended. | | Prerequisites: | Successful completion of the Mortgage Servicer Achievement Certificate (CMS Level I). | | Exemptions: | A servicer with more than four years of servicing experience can test out of Level II curriculum (fees apply). The Process
1. Enroll in the Mortgage Servicer Professional Certificate program. You can enroll online, or via mail, or fax.

2. Complete the coursework. Complete the five web-based courses required in your track:

CMS Track 3: Default Administration
3. Pass the test. When you have completed the required courses, you may take the CMS Level II comprehensive exam for your track.
