Several specialist designations are the final part of a three level process, which includes earning a specialized achievement and professional certificate. These designations are awarded to individuals who have demonstrated excellence in their field through professional experience, education, and industry participation, supported by passing a three-hour comprehensive exam. Designees are committed to professionalism, high ethical standards and industry involvement.

Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP)
The AMP recognizes the achievements for pursuit of educational excellence at the School of Mortgage Banking. Designees have successfully completed all three levels of CampusMBA's School of Mortgage Banking. | Certified Loan Officer (CLO) - New!
The Certified Loan Officer (CLO) Specialist Designation is a a nationally recognized certification for Residential Loan Officers that demonstrates to consumers and the industry alike that the holder is a qualified, proven, high-quality professional.

The Certified Mortgage Servicer (CMS) Specialist Designation recognizes an individual's superior knowledge and experience in residential servicing practices, theories and applications. This specialist designation has three tracks: default administration, financial controls and investor administration and loan administration. | Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT)
The Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT) Specialist Designation demonstrates a solid technological foundation in mortgage banking operations through a combination of experience, education and industry participation. | Certified Quality Assurance Professional (CQAP) - Coming soon
