Alice Alvey

Alice Alvey, Master CMB, brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending experience. She is the president and co-founder of Mortgage U, Inc. where she conducts full service training dedicated to the unique needs of the mortgage industry.

Alvey began her career in 1982 processing loans and diligently worked her way up through origination and underwriting. Over the years to follow, she has served as senior underwriter and senior vice president of operations for Republic Bancrop Mortgage and corporate compliance officer, working with HUD, FDIC, FRB, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
